PWC floating ramps may be purchased through the EPOA at a cost of $1400.00.This includes the ramp,
installation hardware, bowstop and the initial installation of the hardware to the main docks. Only ramps
purchased through the EPOA are permitted.
The yearly fee for the PWC ramp will be $350.00. This fee will also be due the first year. This fee includes putting
the float in and removal.
PWC ramps can be stored for the winter in the Marina Building lot with the EPOA docks. However the EPOA will
not be responsible for damage or loss. If a PWC ramp owner wishes to store the ramp at his property he must
make arrangements with the office before the main docks are removed from the Lake.
As the PWC ramp is the personal property of the member each member owning a ramp agrees the EPOA will not
be responsible for repairs, deterioration, wear and tear or theft. The EPOA strongly suggests that anyone with a
PWC ramp add it to their homeowners insurance or boat policy.
All regulations pertaining to registration and operation of boats and use of slips will also apply to PWC owners
and ramps.
Ramp locations will be determined by the EPOA. All ramps purchased after February 14 2009 will be located on
dock sets 5-6 or 7..
Anyone wishing to purchase a ramp should contact the office as soon as possible. Ramps must be paid for
before they can be ordered from the manufacturer.
The ramps will be mounted on the main of the dock set between the shoreline and the first finger.
